The food is very good and the atmosphere is often folkloric and warm. Decorated with beautiful elements recalling historical figures and symbols such as Bolivar or Che Guevara, the restaurant exudes a politicized atmosphere, punctuated by the guitars of local singers. On the menu, the meats are tender and excellent, including lamb, guanaco and bife de chorizo. You can also try guiso de lentejas, a lentil and meat stew typical of the country, orange chicken or Patagonian trout.
