Here, the Fabrica de Pasta has existed for almost 15 years, the restaurant is more recent and offers fresh and delicious dishes (the pasta displayed in the window will make you salivate as soon as you arrive). Don't hesitate to ask the employees if you can't choose: they are pretty reliable and you won't be disappointed! On our side, we fell for the Sorrentinos de trucha con salsa de hongos and the Ravioles de Conejo en peperonata.
