What does a hiker dream of after a hard day's walk downwind? Here's to a nice hot coffee! To go with that, a nice big sweet or savoury waffle will be perfect. On our side we opt for the classic and delicious dulce de leche. He will therefore direct his big muddy shoes straight to the cosy bar, put them under the long wooden tables and, before starting a game of chess or dominoes with the hiker opposite, will ask for a coffee with chocolate and Calafate liqueur (for example) to be brought to him immediately.
