MARSHA BROWN
Originally from New Orleans, Marsha Brown bought a former church in the late 1990 s and transformed it into a high-end restaurant. Marsha Brown is a mysterious woman, all of whom speak and know little. It has several restaurants in the United States, but it stands apart for two reasons. First, the incredible, unbelievable framework: a disused church changed in a chic restaurant, where the altar was preserved. Some customers remember to have come here, but without fork by hand. On the floor of the main hall of the restaurant, a huge fresco painted by an artist from the region at the request of Marsha surprises and intrigues the gourmands. Biblical and bisexual, she represents a man standing against a lion with the greatest fury. This reminds us that Marsha Brown is a story of passion, love for its southerners origins. And this passion is perfectly replicated in the divine Gumbo Yaya and the Jambalaya, cajun specialities to fail under no pretext. An excellent restaurant, where you can also eat lunch and drink a cocktail - try the "rattlesnake" - (bells snake), which has an excellent cellar.
