LA FOIRE AU BOUDIN
A popular event par excellence, the Foire au boudin is 75 years old and attracts more than 18,000 people every year.
Mortagne-au-Perche: it is THE capital of the black pudding. The town celebrates its speciality every year! The fair starts on Friday afternoon with the international competition for the best black pudding organised by the Brotherhood of the Knights of Goûte-Boudin and closes on Sunday evening. Lots of entertainment throughout these 3 days with 150 exhibitors participating. On Saturday and Sunday, cooking demonstrations and participative workshops around a chef are scheduled. This year, as last year, Covid-19 was the winner of the event.
