Park to find all kinds of Mediterranean, tropical and subtropical plants in Cambrils
Located 5 km from the urban center of Cambrils, Samà Park is home to a small palace framed by a colonial-style garden of the most romantic kind. Designed by the architect Josep Fontserè i Mestre, with the help of his student Antoni Gaudí, it was built between 1881 and 1887. It covers an area of 13.5 hectares and includes all kinds of Mediterranean, tropical and subtropical plants, an artificial pond with a beautiful observatory, and animals: peacocks, pheasants and parrots, as well as deer and turtles.
