PATHS AND HIKES
Hiking to discover a spectacular panorama on the cliffs
Due to a steep coastline dotted with cliffs, the 20 km round road is not continuous but segmented into 4 segments. In the north of the village, the first section starts at the Platja del Racó and passes through the creek of Illa Roja, to finish at Sa Riera. From Its Riera, the second takes 500 meters to the east, the occasion of a spectacular panorama on the cliffs. The third connects the two beaches east of the village, Aiguafreda and His Tuna. Finally the fourth, the longest, includes the coves and beaches of the area of Fornells, to the south of the commune, passing through the little coves of Fornells and the beach of Aiguablava.
Aside hiking, you can discover the vells paths, once used to connect Begur and the coves like the Cami cami of Sa Tuna from the old town to the creek. Of greater difficulty, the GR -92 crosses the coast of Begur, from Sa Tuna Creek at Aiguablava Beach.
