Les horaires sont a peu près respectés,le service et les repas a bord très correct,mais sur 3 aller/retour effectués Paris Nosy Be,mes bagages ont été une première fois livrés 5 jours après,sans aucune indemnité,et une deuxième fois mon bagage semble définitivement perdu (mais pas pour tout le monde) et air austral se montre particulièrement indifférent au problème.Aucune assistance d'aucune sorte.C'est très désagréable,et pour cette absence d'assistance,j'éviterai a l'avenir cette compagnie

super compagnie française pour aller à la Réunion.
siège confortable, il fait certes un peu froid mais ils donnent des couvertures supplémentaires si besoin.
très bon repas !

Here a company French (and Réunion in addition) whose service on board is particularly impeccable, it to have lived on Réunion - Paris, Bangkok, Johannesburg and Sydney. The attention to passengers is remarkable, especially the frequent passages of the crew to offer so important water while you are drained completely on other companies or that you must go to ask or serve... Meals are almost delicious amazing not? I recommend the closed eyes!
