In the heart of the Trinité park, discover this traditional Reunionese restaurant. Every day, chef Thomas Carrère concocts Creole specialties using fresh produce: cari patte cochon, crispy chicken, duck civet, rougail chevaquines... It's also an opportunity to try some of grandma's forgotten recipes, such as cari gras double, cari tangue and zandouille dan pois. The key words here are generosity and authenticity, and a warm welcome. The pleasant shaded terrace seats only a few, so reservations are recommended.
