In a quiet street in the city centre, the Southern Hotel offers its 50 rooms, 2 for disabled, as well as family rooms and suites. Opened for decades and recently renovated, it is a well-kept and economical hotel for a 3-star hotel. In addition to its location and value for money, it is the property of the very spacious rooms, a legacy of an era where the land was affordable. Comfortable, with parquet or carpeting, they have all the comforts expected for a hotel in this category: air conditioning, TV (TNT and CanalSat channels), wi-fi, mini bar, bathroom with bathtub, neat decoration and balcony for some. We also take advantage of a swimming pool, small and closed between the walls but saving during the suffocating southern summer… and heated in winter! Continental buffet breakfast, 30 and 60-seat seminar rooms, luggage room, secretariat and underground parking.

Nous sommes descendus à cet hôtel en arrivant de métropole. Proche de l'aéroport, mais on n'entend pas les avions, et parfait pour passer une bonne nuit avant de partir explorer l'île.
Chambre propre, personnel sympathique et petit déjeuner correct (à partir de 6h30).
Ich nutze das Hotel bereits zum dritten mal. Das Zimmer war wie gewohnt gut ausgestattet und sauber. Diesmal war auch der geschützt im Innenhof gelegene Pool wieder nutzbar. Der Frühstücksraum ist einfach ausgestattet, das Büffet ist aber reichhaltig.
Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Innenstadt, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplätze stehen in der Tiefgarage in begrenzter Zahl kostenfrei zur Verfügung.
Hervorheben möchte ich wieder mal den Service. Die deutschsprachige Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.
Le personnel est vraiment très agréable.
Parking en sous-sol possible , petit déjeuner gargantuesque.
Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
À recommander sans problème.
