What a wonderful job it is to be an artisan ice-cream maker! Stéphane Musseau is a true alchemist of taste, capable of producing original flavors with the fruits and spices of his island, and smooth, flavorful ice creams. We recommend the aptly named "Ti Bazar". A delicious blend of mango, pineapple, passion fruit and... pei pepper. A "killer". Soursop, passion fruit, piña colada, tamarind, banana, cardamom, vanilla-cookies, Ugandan coffee, geranium... One thing's for sure, you'll want to come back and try them all!
