PERALADA CASTLE MUSEUM AND GARDENS
Artistic complex dating from the 14th century, consisting of a park, a castle and a Carmelite convent.
This artistic complex dating from the 14th century now has a more heterogeneous silhouette. It reflects the extensions made after the destruction of the old fortress and the restoration of the second half of the 19th century. It is composed of two major elements
: The park of the castle.
Designed in the 19th century by the Franco-Belgian landscape architect François Duvillers, it has nearly sixty-three different areas such as the avenue of orange trees, a labyrinth or a grotto dating from 1877.
