Located on the airport road, the former Intercontinental Hotel (always called by the natives) is the only "palace" in the country. It offers all the usual benefits of a hotel in its category: two swimming pools including an indoor swimming pool, a gym, tennis courts and several restaurants, including the delicious Trattoria, and a nightclub. Impersonal, as is often the case of establishments belonging to hotel chains, it lacks a bit of charm but no comfort.
