EAST LAKE GOLF CLUB
East Lake Golf Club is the oldest golf course in Atlanta, Georgia. It was here that legendary golfer Bobby Jones learned the game. The club offers a nationally renowned golf course and has hosted numerous regional and national championships over the years. The club also features a clubhouse where visitors can enjoy valet parking. Located just four miles from downtown Atlanta, the Charlie Yates Golf Course at East Lake is a 9-hole public course with Bermuda fairways. The club also hosts the TOUR Championship, the final event of the PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedEx Cup, where only the top 30 players in the points standings qualify each year. Since its inception in 1998, the TOUR Championship has raised over $46 million for local charities, including the East Lake Foundation, Focused Community Strategies, Grove Park Foundation, Purpose Built Schools Atlanta and First Tee - Metro Atlanta.
