This double blow gun exposed to the City Hall is one of the curious inventions of the War of Secession. Built in 1863, this canon was supposed to send simultaneously on the enemy two ball connected by a chain. The devastating effect of the weapon was never reached, because since the first tests, it was impossible to coordinate the two shots.
