COUNTRY'S ON BROAD
This dinner, specialized in barbecue, is a must for a visit to Columbus. The house has three different establishments, but the one in Uptown is certainly the most typical. Located in a former bus station, the Diner, created more than 40 years ago, welcomes its customers in a retro décor typical of the 60's. And in a nod to the old vocation of the building, part of a bus was fitted out with a counter and chairs. The speciality here is therefore the barbecue, but if you are looking for a lighter alternative, the menu also offers salads. The vegetables are fresh and almost everything is homemade. As for desserts, banana pudding and meringue pie are very popular.
