Neben dem Kauf von Käse vor Ort ist die Käsezeremonie sehr zu empfehlen (unbedingt vorher reservieren), bei der ausführlich über Käse, seine Lagerung aber auch über die eigene Geschichte erzählt wird. Auch kann hier vortrefflich über Käse und Wein gefachsimpelt werden.
