HAL & MAL'S
Hal & Mal was created in this former merchandise depot by Hal and Malcolm White brothers in the 1970 s. In the dining room with brick walls and decorated with many frames, we feel immediately in the ambiance of the South, especially at live music live evenings. The atmosphere is family-friendly among the locals who come here to get in their hands and dance by moving a few chairs while bluesmen of genius are on stage (every Monday on Blues Monday evenings organized by the Central MS Blues Society). An extraordinary atmosphere that it would be a shame not to know. Of course, the restaurant serving hearty local cuisine on New Orleans style can also be the subject of a lunch, especially in the beautiful inner courtyard with wrought iron chairs and tables. But come back in the evening, and preferably on Mondays.
