Opened in 1872 before being rebuilt in 1926, The Read House is a real palace in the National Register of Historic sites. He hosted hosts as prestigious as Winston Churchill and Gary Cooper or, more recently, Oprah Winfrey. Al Capone also stayed there. Most of the rooms and suites have beautiful views of the city centre of Chattanooga. They all feature superior quality bedding, coffee maker, flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi connection.
