This 3-star hotel is the ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking between lakes and mountains. In winter, 250 km of Franco-Swiss cross-country skiing trails, snowshoes and Lake de Joux skating. The restaurant offers seasonal cuisine with varied dishes such as foie gras bowl, snails, grills and of course fresh fish from the lake (trout, perch, féras and pike).
