This is a 3-star hotel with rooms, which have been in existence since 1882. Everything is home to the seasons and the market with local products and classics such as Rossini beef fillet and pick, the beef language to capers and röstis, typical Swiss mountain dishes, ice cream and house sorbets. The first menu without drinks is approximately 38 CHF. Wide choice of Swiss and international wines. A good address.
