In Coal, birthplace of Mont-d'or vacherin, in the Vallée de Joux, this store is located on the family farm and offers refined vacherins. Also a selection of regional products: Gruyère cheese, alpine cheese cheese, Vaud tomme, goat and goat cheeses, rots, snails, honey, dry sausages, gentian valley gentian, wines. Most: a small mountain Vacherin museum, upon request for groups.
