By the ocean, typical specialties naturally revolve around freshly caught fish and seafood. And when it comes to cooking, we know what we're doing: regalade with large prawns on a bed of tomato and avocado salad, sardines served with mashed potatoes, duo of scorpion fish pastels (cabrocho), tuna albóndigas (dumplings), classico urta à la roteña (striped pike-perch prepared with tomato and sherry wine), etc. Don't miss the delicious chipirones (supions) a la plancha or the fish of the day, always good options, not to mention the desserts, original delights.
