LA TROTTEUSE
Jérôme Goulard is a farmer-brewer. By taking over the farm and agricultural land of his parents, established since the nineteenth century, he wanted to innovate and express his passion for beer. After training in Nancy, he set up his small-scale cottage brewery on the farm. Since then, under the name of the Trotteuse, winking at races on racetracks and in the region’s haras, blonde and blond. Tasty, round, and aromatic. The beer is found in fine grocery stores and local producers’ shops, but also on the tables of some chefs and even at the bar of the Quai des Arts in Argentan. Sales on the farm and keg rental.
