Founded in 2017 by Nathalie and Julien Leblanc, this company cultivates the famous oriental spice, right in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche. Production is carried out in a traditional way, and all stages of manufacture are carried out by hand. Visits to the saffron farm are by appointment only! And, for those who wish to extend their stay, the estate also boasts a guest house, "Une Oasis dans le Perche", with spa, solarium and table d'hôte where you can enjoy seasonal saffron cuisine.
