For those who want to discover a more savage and less tourist part of the country, take advantage of your stay in Tabasco to discover the ecological Reserve Pantanos de Centla, a territory of 302 000 hectares, crossed by dozens of rivers and rivers, and inhabited by many animal species including crocodiles, toucans, tapirs and jaguars. The best way to visit it is to travel to Frontera (by bus from Villahermosa), near the mouth of the river Usumacinta.
