This restaurant is the work of Chef Daniel Joho, one of the pioneers of international cuisine in Mexico. The menu with its global accents (Switzerland, France, India, Italy, etc.) will do a world of good to the traveller who has been dragging his spleen for too long in the fondas and other comedores of local cuisine in the four corners of the country: butcher's cuts, fish fillets, chicken curry, fresh pasta, onion soup, beef carpaccio and even Caesar salad.
