POZAS
A network of underground streams opens the doors to a fascinating world, with a range of colors and minerals.
Nearly 400 water wells are part of a network of underground streams that open the doors to a fascinating world. The minerals of the Poza Azul, crystalline and five meters deep, favour the deployment of a range of colours that go from sapphire blue to turquoise. A few steps away, another water point is home to the Bisagra turtle. Further on, the Poza Las Mojarras is full of this species of fish endemic to the area. Due to the fragility of the environment, swimming is only allowed at specific points, such as in the Río Mezquites area.
