Trekking Hellas, a tour operator specializing in hikes throughout Greece, has a branch at Mount Parnes. It offers two 7.5-hour circuits through the national park with a guide, either on foot or with a mountain bike. Rates are high, but include transport from your hotel and a meal at the Bafi refuge. Alternatively, the agency offers a shorter (3h) and less expensive excursion to Mount Hymette. In Attica, you can also go kayaking at Cape Sounion, take themed tours of Athens, etc.
