COSY HOTEL & RESTAURANT

This not very cosy address, contrary to what its name suggests, is well known in town. The maintenance seems to be neglected and the cleanliness of the place suffers. The menu offers a multitude of different dishes, which always leaves some doubt as to the quality. The food is nevertheless decent, with Indian and Chinese dishes, but also curry specialties specific to the Jaffna region. The restaurant is located on two floors and has a small, pleasant terrace. A restaurant that can do the trick for lunch.
