The highest point on the island, Pic Paradis lives up to its name. From its summit, at 424 m, it offers a magnificent panoramic view of Saint-Martin, its neighbors and an infinite gradation of blues. The climb, from the Loterie Farm, takes between 45 and 60 minutes, and good shoes are required for walking on the asphalt and then on the gullied dirt roads. It can also be reached by car (preferably off-road) from the road, until the state of the pavement forces you to park and finish on foot (around 15 minutes).

La route est très mauvaise pour monter au Pic. Ensuite il faut garer sa voiture (attention aux emplacements privés) et finir à pieds sans connaître la distance qui reste. IL n'y a pas (ou plus) d'indication à ce niveau, donc on monte sans savoir !!!
Il y a une belle vue près des antennes, mais elle n'est pas à 360 °. Il y a une table d'orientation.
Il vaut mieux y aller aux heures fraîches, car le soleil cogne la haut !

Point culminant de l'île de St Martin, là où se trouvent les antennes France Télécom. Chemin en très mauvais état, surtout les derniers 500 mètres. Impossible de monter en voiture jusqu'au sommet. La Loterie Farm organise des excursions en petit camion mais c'est mieux à pied.
Très belle vue sur Marigot, l'est de l'île (Orient Bay etc.), St Barth et le sud vers le côté hollandais. Par contre vue vers Grand Case obstruée par des arbres. Nombreux papillons sur le chemin et flore très variée. Mieux le matin avant 10h00 ou le soir vers 17h00.
