Bonjour , personnel très agréable et rendant service . Suite à l’annulation de nos chambres d’hôtel par une autres enseigne nous nous sommes retrouver dans une impasse 3 jours avant notre arrivé après plus de 13 hôtels contacter tous le monde étaient complet … je téléphone donc à la cour du tonnelier un bien gentil monsieur me répond que l’établissement et complet à mon grand dépit mais cette personne me propose son AIDE en téléphonant à un de ces confrère 5 minutes après j’avais un contact avec deux chambres de disponible grâce à cette personne nous avons nos 2 chambres . MERCI Gérôme (le monsieur qui est venue à notre aide) je note votre adresse pour mon prochain week-end . En espérant remercier personnellement Gérôme ce jour là. Encore merci à vous pour votre aide ☺️ grâce à vous nous pouvons prendre le départ du rallye Alsace bossue vous savez pas à quelle point vous m’avez aidé sinon c’était fin de la course avant de prendre le départ . À bientôt ✌️
