BROAD STREET

Along with Swan Street, it's one of the main shopping streets in downtown Bridgetown. Broad Street is lined with historic buildings such as First Caribbean Bank's head office (Art Deco), Collins Pharmacy (1888), The Colonnade shopping center (all in pink), the First Citizen Banks branch and the elegant Mutual Life building. But if Broad Street is famous, it's because it's packed with duty-free stores that tourists love (Diamond International, Little Switzerland, Colombian Emeralds...).
