The brainchild of chef and pastry chef Jean-Jacques and his wife Annalisa, Le Shack offers refined gourmet cuisine in a warm, friendly atmosphere. The lovely landscaped garden lets you dine under the stars. in the kitchen, "JJ" concocts revisited Bajan dishes, as well as French classics (pan-fried foie gras, snail fricassee flambéed in cognac,...). The cocktails and desserts don't leave you indifferent either. And on Wednesday evenings, it's wood-fired pizza. You'll leave the restaurant with a full belly and satisfied taste buds.
