Naturally, the Eco-Lifestyle Lodge's restaurant respects the establishment's eco-responsible line: organic ingredients from local producers and fishermen, with a main place reserved for plants. On Thursdays and Fridays, Richard White presents his menu of the day and asks about your allergies.
