An institution in Bathsheba, don't miss this bar-restaurant (and inn) and its wonderful terrace from which you can see the beach and rocks of Bathsheba, as well as surfers tackling the waves of the Soupbowl. Managed by sisters Elise and Anna Manley, the Round House not only boasts dreamy views, it's also a warm and welcoming place. The menu features local specialties and all ingredients are organic. This is your chance to try a casareep pepperpot (a Guyana specialty), a stew of lamb and beef in taro root sauce.
