Bathsheba

One of Barbados' iconic beaches, and the most photogenic! For centuries, Atlantic waves have battered an ancient coral reef until all that remains are a few mushroom-shaped rocks that seem to float in the air, just a few meters from the sand. Here, the ocean waves hit the beach with such force that the coast is almost permanently bathed in spray. It's far too dangerous to swim here, but the natural pools created by the rocks are perfect for cooling off.
