BAIA BARBADOS

It's the hype restaurant of the moment in Speightstown. Located right in the center of town, Baia has a studied look: a superb terrace overlooking the sea, a room with a planted ceiling that evokes the South American jungle, and it's not surprising: the menu features Peruvian and Nikkei cuisine (a fusion of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine, following migrations from the land of the rising sun). Something different! On the menu: ceviche tuna akami, grilled octopus and aji amarillo purée, fried yuca, avocado ice cream with melting chocolate... A little pricey, but delicious and explosive!
