THE CABOOSE

We love The Caboose! This little beach restaurant is located just north of Speightstown, facing the beach. The kitchen is housed in a mismatched boat hull (aptly named The Caboose), which has been transported across the coastal road to become a beach bar. With your feet in the sand, you can enjoy a good fish cutter (depending on the catch of the day, it could be mackerel, barracuda, mahi-mahi...) accompanied by a cool Banks or a good rum punch. The place is very busy and the atmosphere is friendly and festive.
