MARIA’S ROCK
Here we are, back in the Stone Age at Maria's! The hot volcanic stone on which the food is cooked is enthroned among the wooden tables, and here, it's the customer who cooks. Ah! those big shrimps to be grilled, or rather seared, so much they deserve to be savored plain, accompanied by a few pieces of meat and fish in a delicious mix of meat, fish & prawns filets! All washed down with white wine and enjoyed in one of the archipelago's most distinctive settings. This is Antonio Filippin's fiefdom. An address not to be missed!
