Une honte cet hôtel.
Injoignable, un général manager jamais là.
Comment un hôtel pourrait tourner sans le personnel approprié !!
Nous avions une réservation avec envoi des copies de passeports. Cette réservation a été confirmée, payée et par conséquent acceptée.
A notre arrivée, on nous refuse l’entrée à nos chambres.
Pays étranger, personne à qui parler…
On se retrouve à la rue.
Non pardon, ma fille n’a pas le droit d’accéder à l’hôtel. Ils avaient pourtant accepter la réservation !!
C’est scandaleux. Nous avons dû prendre un autre hôtel, payer une nouvelle fois.
Cerise sur le gâteau, lorsqu’on appelle et que finalement nous réussissons à parler au général manager, il me raccroche au nez parce que je demande une solution !!

Dinner the next day, we are told that there is only tuna, but the chef offers leather shrimps and meat.
After 1 hour waiting them d'oeuvres arrive finally but not the wine that was served 1/2 hour later, heat! Tuna was mall cooked, the shrimps bathed in the lemon juice, meat too cooked and in small quantities.
The service was null (I had to serve me wine all the evening) for desserts, not even a vanilla ice cream available.
During the bill the manager, Mr René, did not enjoy our remarks and told us: " you them French, when you have to pay, you do not have the means and chat toujours"
This is a 5 star, but for my part I grant LESS 5 star, and I recommended for all tourists to avoid this gargotte and elsewhere.

3 Vols pour arriver à Praslin, l'hôtel à
refusé de nous loger alors qu'ils sont
payés ! On était 5 Adultes + 1 Enfant de 11
ans, ils ont refusé parceque l'enfant a
moins de 12 ans. Ils avaient reçu son
passeport avant notre arrivée, mais ils ont
décidé de nous laisser sans-abri et sans
argent pour payer un autre hôtel qui
correspond à ce qu'on souhaite. La
meilleure c'est qu'ils refusent de nous
rembourser, l'arnaque du siècle !!!
