HÔTEL L’OCÉAN
The view, the view and still the views! This place offers a masterful panoramic show at 180 degrees, with views of nine islands and islets... This view of hell on paradise is undoubtedly the strong point of this small hotel, built on a pink granite base, between the Anse Severe and Anse Patates. Well integrated in its environment, on a hill, this building- balcony has eight air-conditioned rooms, with a small fridge and a safe, with parquet floors. Beautifully furnished in seychellois materials, they open onto a divine terrace (the Curieuse room with the best view). All decorated by a designer with Mahé inspiration, Gisèle Lemaire who perfectly works with fibre, shellfish and other natural materials from the islands. A refinement, as witnessed by the lights.
It is enough to go down a few steps to sit in the panaromic dining room overlooking the ocean. Half-board is better as Marcellin cooks well and a local musician sings there every Friday night. The menu changes every month. For swimming and snorkelling, you only have to cross the road and to blend into the background.
