Facing the Lac des Saints-Pères in Saint-Évroult, you'll find this fine restaurant run by Cathy and Frédéric. The cuisine here is traditional, tasty and generous. The attractively priced lunch menu features three home-cooked dishes with cheese. In the evening, the chef puts all his talent into a menu that never forgets to give a Norman touch to his proposals, such as guinea fowl supreme with calvados cream, monkfish with Guéméné andouille or leek flan. The desserts are equally excellent.
