MICHEL ET ALAIN FERMIERS BIO
Saint-Fraimbault is a small town in the Normandy region of France. Local attractions include Michel and Alain’s organic farm. This farm offers a range of organic products, including bleu blanc cœur beef. They also offer frozen products such as minced beef and grilled cuts. One of the farm’s flagship dishes is tripes au foin, a revisited version of the traditional Normandy tripe. This recipe was created in collaboration with chef Hubert Nobis and the "Les Gorronnaises" processing workshop. Tripes are prepared with beef bellies and feet, carrots, white wine, onions, water, salt, pepper and hay.
