LA POULARDIÈRE
In the heart of the Norman Bocage, the farm of the Leroyer brothers has been labelled Organic Farming since 1998, exploiting the fertile lands of the Pisse River of this estate of 130 ha, in the family since 1916. 80 cows graze the grass under the apple trees and the bushes. The Poulardière farm produces 30 to 40,000 bottles a year. Orchard care, fruit choice, local effects and climatic conditions of the year combine to give the farmer of this Poulardière all his personality. Don’t leave without trying the pear cider, Poiré Domfront AOP, apple juice and pears, all labelled AB.
