Château des Îles is one of those tables that, insensitive to fashion, trace their path with discretion, pugnacity and above all elegance. The chef has been in charge of the stoves in the restaurant of the hotel of the same name for years, after having passed through some beautiful tables. Its range is rather an inventive cuisine concocted from fresh, often noble products, which is renewed over the seasons. For example, a farm egg "like a boiled egg", natural scallops, a steamed sole with a thin ravioli leaf (a delight) and a thousand other wonders. Reservation strongly recommended on weekends!
