Located around 30 kilometers from the city center in the direction of Bintulu. Built in 2004, the Jade Dragon Temple is said to be one of the largest temples in Malaysia. It brings together the three great religions of China: Buddhism, Confucianism and Taoism. The many temples include a vast prayer hall, and each houses a statue of a god from the Chinese pantheon: Gautama Buddha, the Laughing Buddha, the 4-faced goddess who brings protection and good fortune.
