Kuala Kedah offers a ferry service to Langkawi. Departure times are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. Journey time is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. One-way fares are RM23 for adults and RM17 for children. Round-trip fares are RM46 for an adult and RM34 for a child. Please note that these fares are subject to change without notice. The ferry service is a convenient and pleasant way to get to Langkawi from Kuala Kedah.

Pour partir de Penangg, Georgetown et se rendre à Langkawi, c'est un excellent moyen. Par contre, le traversier est bondé et il y a très peu de place à l'extérieur. La traversée est plus longue que ce qui est indiqué, comptez plutôt 4 heures. Mais la vue en arrivant à Langkawi est magnifique !
