Bruno Galon, french chef and owner of the Blue Olive restaurant, has just taken over a year ago this establishment located in the heart of Rodney Bay. The cuisine, resolutely French, also blends local products. Gratin onion soup, basil and Parmesan, crème brûlée, gourmet salads, lamb chops with rosemary, grilled meat and fish, profiteroles or lemon meringue pie. As for the decor, the atmosphere is subdued... A beautiful outdoor terrace, nestled in the heart of a tropical garden. A renowned restaurant, where quality, reception and smile are a must. Worth trying!
