On its regional network, Air Caraïbes serves Martinique (Fort-de-France), Guadeloupe (Pointe-à-Pitre), Saint-Martin (Grand Case) and the Dominican Republic (Santo Domingo), as well as French Guiana (Cayenne). Saint-Barthélemy is also served by St. Barth Commuter.

For Saint Lucia, Air Caraïbes no longer serves the destination, but it is possible to book a flight to Fort-de-France on the website, and the transfer is then offered by ferry, operated by l'express des îles.
